John Wiley & Sons, Inc. announced that as of September 23, 2013, they will be offering only the web-based TherapyCharts® EHR system—a product we released with our partners at Wiley in September 2012 — and discontinuing the sale of the desktop CD-based TheraScribe® product.
With the shift toward DSM-5 and ICD-10, and the desire for a growing majority of our customers to have both the portability of a web-based product, and the depth and breadth of our traditional Wiley PracticePlanner treatment, progress notes, and homework planning content—they felt that the time to move to the web-based solution has arrived. For those of you who are current customers of the desktop CD-based product, we offer you the option to transfer to the web-based product and import some of your data. For new customers, we welcome your business and know you’ll find TherapyCharts® to be the best solution for treatment planning and clinical record management.
